I really enjoy my nine gallon Biube, But I think its the pump is very lound. Also I have been looking everywhere to find a bubble tube and had no luck. Finding some of the accessories in U.S.A is not easy.
My first “real” aquarium, and have been been enjoying it. It started its life housing some fancy gold fish that out grew a 1.5gal starter kit. The BiUbe has been a breeze to maintain and service. Gearing up to go tropical freshwater soon.
I have the 9 gal biorb biube tank for about 8 months now. I am curious if anyone can tell me why every so often the bubbles coming up the center aeration tube get bigger and make noise as they hit the bottom of the halogen light enclosure? I’m concerned there is an irregularity with the pump or something. Thanks!
@Carolyn
hi carolyn i had the halogen light in biube and had the same all it is is that the bubbles build up on the light at the bottom and when work to the edge make popping noise i found taking a small amount of water out always helped other than that buy a intellight bit exspensive but one of best accessries i have bought brings out the coulour of the fish better and no need for switvhing on and off when set up its great !!!!!
