I am not very happy with the heater kit that I just bought for it though. It keeps an even temperature, which is great, but the suction cup-stand is not a very good design, unless I am missing something. The contour of the tank makes it very difficult to get the "stand" to stay on the tank. I was dissapointed. I thought that the heater simply went through one of the holes in the cover, which would be safer, so as to not, submerge my $40.00 investment. So then We call the service departmentto find out if the heater is fully submersible, because the heater has only a "minimum" water-fill line and the directions are terrible because they suggest that you can lay the heater down, but are not at all specific. No calls back from the company. Not impressive! Please if you have any suggestions any body, I'd greatly apprciate it. I really like my biorb tank.
