In our opinion the Biorb Life 30 is an excellent aquarium.  It has all of the features and benefits of the classic biorb aquariums, but with its new design it eliminates some of the biggest problems classic biorb aquariums created.  The Biorb Life 30 is definitely pricier than classic biorb fish tanks, but it also includes the Biorb intelligent LED light ($105 on its own).  If you have some money to spend and are looking for an easy to maintain, stylish fish tank, the biorb life should be top on your list.  Since the Biorb Life 30 is square, not a sphere, you no longer face the problem of your fish being distorted through the curved acrylic when you look at them, which happens with classic biorb fish tanks.  Also, since it is a square fish tank it allows for more surface area, which means more oxygen for your fish, which is always good.  Out of the aquarium kits we have seen, this one rates at the top

“It works great and does not harm the inside or outside of the Biorb aquarium.”

“I’m not sure what the deal is but when I used this the first time, it scratched the heck out of my tank. The scratches are tiny but definitely disrupts the finish on the tank. It does do a good job of cleaning the walls though. I think if I put some cheese cloth or something between the outside piece and the tank it would help with the scratches.” (always wipe down the outside of your aquarium before using the magnet cleaner, or it will scratch your tank)

The BiUbe Pure is similar to the original BiUbe Aquarium, except it is clear throughout the whole tank so you can see everything.  It uses the same reef one service kit filter, same lighting and light bulbs, and also all of the other biorb accessories and parts that fit the other biube and biorb fish tanks.  The biube pure also comes with the biorb intelligent led light ( a $105) value by itself.  So if you figure you were going to buy the light anyways, the aquarium only costs a little over $100, which is a great deal.  Regular biube tanks go for about $130 in the U.S.

Clear Biube Pure Aquarium

SOLUTION:

Don’t worry, if you buy a biorb or biube service kit and put the service kit in the aquarium and it doesn’t seem to fit right, the service kit is not bad.  What you probably need to do is attache the service kit to the biorb bubble tube and then twist the tube the opposite direction to lock it to the bottom of the aquarium.

Reef-One changed the biorb and biube bubble tubes to make some improvements and one of these is that to lock the bubble tube to the bottom of the biorb or biube the filter needs to be turned the opposite direction of the old biorb aquariums.
